eParaksts mobile

The mobile app eParaksts mobile is a modern and secure e-identity verification tool that you will use for work on the eParaksts.lv portal, as well as for e-identity verification in other information systems throughout the European Union.

Signing documents

Sign documents with a secure electronic signature on the portal eParaksts.lv. You will be able to do this if you confirm your identity on the portal with eParaksts mobile. Documents signed with a secure electronic signature on the eParaksts.lv portal have the same legal force as documents signed in paper format.

Proof of e-identity

You will be able to use eParaksts mobile to prove your e-identity both on the eParaksts.lv portal and in other information systems in Latvia and other European Union countries where this option will be provided.

Start using

To use the app, register on the portal eParaksts.lv. You can register for the first time even if you do not use eSignature. Instead, you will use your internet bank access data. When you have applied for receiving eParakstas mobile, a courier will visit you free of charge to sign the contract for the use of eParakstas. After that, you will complete the registration on the eParakstas mobile portal and you will be able to start the eSignature of documents.

If you are a user of an eID card or eParaksts card, receive eParaksts.lv completely remotely - submit your data on the eParaksts.lv portal, sign the contract on the portal with your eID card, download the app and start using eParaksts mobile.

In order to ensure the security requirements of the implementation act of the European Union regulation (eIDAS), devices using the eParaksts mobile app must provide a secure physical memory area - Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

To use eParaksts mobile, you will need to know your eParaksts mobile user number, as well as your e-identity PIN.
